Our Chyavanprash is a tasty superfood herbal jam that is based on the traditional Ayurvedic recipe. Using amla fruit as a base, this jam is deeply rejuvenating to the body’s tissues, supports energy and vitality, and bolsters healthy immune function.
Take 1/4 teaspoon, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.

Those suffering from asthma or respiratory disorders should avoid consuming Chyavanprash with milk or curd.
To give the mixture a sweet and sour taste, sweeteners like jaggery, sugar, or honey are used to prepare Chyavanprash. So, those with high blood sugar levels must be careful when consuming it. If the blood sugar level is in control, patients can have about 3 grams of it per day. In any case, for a diabetic patient, it is best to consult the doctor before including Chyavanprash in their diet.
