How To Use?

Those suffering from asthma or respiratory disorders should avoid consuming Chyavanprash with milk or curd.

Precaution

To give the mixture a sweet and sour taste, sweeteners like jaggery, sugar, or honey are used to prepare Chyavanprash. So, those with high blood sugar levels must be careful when consuming it. If the blood sugar level is in control, patients can have about 3 grams of it per day. In any case, for a diabetic patient, it is best to consult the doctor before including Chyavanprash in their diet.
